Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Healthcare Coordinator to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! Totaling 20 hours per week!

Responsibilities

Onboarding Clinical Staff
Navigate multiple platforms
Accurate data entry
Compile clinician files accurately with personal documents
Performing Background checks
Education Verifications
Checking Licenses

Skills

Experience in medical office management or healthcare administrative support required
Excellent computer skills including proficiency Excel and Adobe
Strong verbal and written communication
Attention to detail is required and key in this role!
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting required
