Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of estate planning experience, including hands-on drafting experience with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.

Job Description
- Draft wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
- Advise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust administration matters
- Work with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on personalized planning strategies
- Assist with trust administration, estate settlement, and related post-death administration matters
- Coordinate with corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning for business owners and complex client situations
- Manage deadlines, client communication, and a steady volume of sophisticated estate planning work
- Build trusted client relationships through responsiveness, attention to detail, and practical guidance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of estate planning experience
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Experience with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
- Ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently and accurately
- Excellent communication, responsiveness, and client service skills
- Experience with WealthCounsel, WealthDocs, irrevocable trusts, or tax planning strategies is preferred
