Account Manager - Finance and Accounting

Business Development Executive

In this position, you will play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within existing accounts, as well as selling new service offerings and solutions in the F&A (Finance and Accounting) domain. You will get to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high-quality solutions to meet our clients’ business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Work towards enhancing market share by performing market development and competitive analysis for the segment in the account portfolio
\n
• Work towards opening diverse service lines in the account
\n
• Prepare proposals and SOWs in the portfolio
\n
• Provide business led view on items of contract negotiations
\n
• Identify and pursue opportunities with different departments / buyers within client organization to expand the Infosys footprint
\n
• Work towards maintaining healthy client relationships
\n

Basic Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
\n
• 10+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience within the BPM industry
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
• 10+ years of experience in the F&A industry, with good exposure and understanding of the B2B business space
\n
• 5 + years of strong sales/relationship management/account management experience either in F&A or BPM industry
\n
• Experience of selling BPM services and solutions to F&A clients
\n
• Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry
\n
• Business case creation
\n
• Financial ratios and analysis
\n
• Presentation skills
\n
• Ability to learn and appreciate business processes of Infosys and the client organization
\n
• Analytical ability
\n
• Ability to display initiative and work in a dynamic environment
\n
