Job Summary
Ultrasonographer Echo Plainview, TX. This role involves performing a variety of ultrasound procedures with a focus on echocardiogram studies. The candidate will be expected to adapt to a bustling clinical setting, supporting a broad range of diagnostic imaging needs.

Job Details

• Shift and Schedule: Dayshift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS and ARDMS or ARDMS VT or CCI; valid state license (compact license must be in hand at submission); at least 1 year of ultrasound experience including general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, and echocardiogram procedures; no minimum experience requirement specified but relevant clinical experience is preferred
• Specialty: Ultrasonographer Echo
• Additional Qualifications: Ability to perform adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill procedures; experience in multispecialty ultrasound imaging and precepting clinicians preferred
• Facility & Patient Care Details: Support for Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics; familiarity with PACS and Doppler studies is beneficial
• Schedule Details: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with potential on-call commitment from 5 pm to 8 am Monday through Friday and 24-hour coverage on weekends
• On-Call Requirements: Yes, on-call hours from 5 pm to 8 am weekdays and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday
• Additional Position Notes: The position involves support across multiple ultrasound specialties, including echocardiography, vascular, fetal, and obstetric imaging, with assisting clinicians in stress testing procedures. Candidates should be prepared for a multispecialty environment with on-call duties and holiday work obligations.
• Submission Requirements: Candidate must respond to prior work at Providence facilities if applicable, provide two recent references covering at least one year, and confirm availability for interview scheduling.
• Travel & Placement Policy: Must be within 50 miles of the location, with no Nursys or background check hits accepted. Return staff policy allows reapplication after 3 months.
