Frequent face-to-face guest contact This entry-level role helps meetings and conferences run smoothly by supporting rooms, attendees, schedules, and onsite logistics. Prepare meeting rooms and attendee materials Provide directions and assistance to conference guests Monitor room needs and communicate changes Coordinate basic requests with audiovisual, banquet, and venue teams What Matters Most A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, while training is often provided for entry-level hires joining the team and succeeding.
