About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its investment banking division. The successful candidate will be tasked with originating new M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of clients, including business owners, executives, private equity investors, and strategic acquirers. This role requires a leader who can guide transaction execution from start to finish, serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters, and expand the firm's presence within a designated industry vertical. Additionally, the Managing Director will be responsible for mentoring and developing junior investment banking professionals and collaborating with internal sector teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier client solutions. Applicants for the Managing Director position should ideally be current Managing Directors or Directors with a strong origination track record, boasting over 10 years' of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance. The role demands a professional with established relationships in various industry sectors, a proven ability to source, market, and close middle-market transactions, and experience in advising a range of client types. Strong leadership, business development, and client management skills are essential.
