About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Talent Network, a key role in the launch and growth of a workforce participation enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating a proven workforce participation model into a scalable, revenue-generating business. This includes developing and implementing a clear operating model, building the necessary infrastructure, and working with internal partners to refine the product and business model. The role also involves leading efforts in revenue growth, building and diversifying partnerships, and overseeing program operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive workforce support to participants. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure to support growth. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and experience in business development, revenue generation, and partnership development is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the barriers to workforce participation and experience working with populations facing complex employment barriers. Key skills include executive presence, persuasive communication, and the ability to use data for decision-making. The role requires a mission-driven leader who can demonstrate a track record of success in similar, growth-oriented initiatives.
