Bridges Homeward in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Permanency/Life Skills Specialist for the Young Adult Support Living (YASL) program serving youths aged 18 to 22 referred by the Department of Children and Families. The role focuses on coordinating and facilitating group activities to strengthen permanent family relationships and adult life skills.
