Youth Permanency & Life Skills Specialist

Bridges Homeward is seeking a Permanency/Life Skills Specialist to support youth aged 18 to 22 in our YASL program in the Greater Boston area. You will develop and facilitate a permanency-focused life skills curriculum and coordinate group sessions to build independent living skills. You will work closely with a Support Specialist, organize family involvement, and connect youth with services to support education, employment and housing goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bridgeshomeward
