Minimum 1+ Years Auto Body Experience - Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred: Hands-on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred

Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations

Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards

Works independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering superior results

Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites

Required for travel to various job locations

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and refuses to compromise on quality

Execute flawless paint prep, correction, and professional-grade ceramic coating applications

Maintain the highest quality control standards on every vehicle

Deliver exceptional customer service that reinforces our premium reputation

Ensure a pristine, organized, and professional work environment at all job sites

Follow and help refine standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, industry-leading results
