Evening Cleaning Team Lead New Palestine

Full Time Team Lead – New Palestine Shifts Available: 5 shifts per week, Mon - Fri Flexible start times: between 3:30pm - 4:30pm Hours per week: 40 hours Pay: $16/hour, with bonus incentives at 90 days and in good employment standing tied to labor hour goals. What will I be doing? Team Lead duties: training, fill‑in work, supporting cleaning staff, submitting nightly report. Daily floor care: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping. General cleaning & disinfecting of business areas such as offices, kitchens, restrooms. Take‑home towels for washing when supplies low – small weekly bonus for this task. Trash removal. Restocking consumable items (paper towels, soap, toilet paper). Not responsible for carting supplies to jobs; each job is equipped.
