This role involves working with teams across the company and suppliers to make sure we follow all rules and standards. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are key for success.***THIS ROLE REQUIRES AND ACTIVE GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE PRIOR TO START DATE***What You Will Do:Independently coordinate, lead, and develop comprehensive, compliant Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for all classified proposals.Manage proposal strategy, planning, schedules, and internal reviews.Validate, analyze, and challenge SME inputs and actuals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and defensible compliant estimating methodologies.Coordinate cross‑functional teams including the Business Acquisition Team (BAT), PMO, Pricing, Contracts, and SMEs.Lead responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and fact‑finding; prepare negotiation support materials.Manage sweep Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and associated activities through contract award.Ensure proposal documentation meets audit, compliance, and customer requirementsIdentify and implement improvements to the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) within the classified space.Provide guidance and mentoring to junior proposal or estimating personnel as well as SME population in estimation quality and compliance as needed.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience (project/program/proposal management, cost estimating, logistics, or related) OR an advanced degree and 7+ of years of relevant experienceMust possess active Government Security Clearance prior to start date.
