Job Description

In this Building and Construction Estimator role, you will:

Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and vendor pricing
Assist with budgeting and preconstruction planning
Support value engineering and cost‑saving initiatives
Collaborate with Project Managers and field teams
Maintain accurate estimate documentation and records

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

3+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience
Background in commercial Building and Construction
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Familiarity with estimating tools (Bluebeam, OST, ProEst, etc.)
Clear communication and strong attention to detail
Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
