To build and grow a Middle Market Commercial portfolio, the full-time remote Commercial Relationship Manager will engage in proactive prospecting, client retention strategies, and collaborate across the bank to deliver tailored financial solutions. Key responsibilities Build and grow a Middle Market Commercial portfolio through proactive prospecting and client retention strategies Drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth by identifying opportunities and executing disciplined calling plans Analyze client financials and structure credit solutions while managing portfolio risk and ensuring compliance with credit policy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience 8+ years of commercial banking or B2B business development experience Proven track record of portfolio growth, client management, and credit analysis Strong knowledge of commercial products and non-credit solutions
