Now Hiring: CNC Programmer (Direct Hire)
Location: Lititz, PA

Pay Rate: $27.00 - $36.30/hour

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification
• 1-3 years of CNC programming experience, or 5+ years of machining experience
• Experience with CAD/CAM software preferred
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming
• CNC milling programming experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude, math skills, and blueprint reading abilities

Job Duties

• Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
• Program equipment from 3D models, drawings, and engineering specifications
• Select tooling, determine machining strategies, and support process improvements
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and production records
• Collaborate with operators and production teams to improve efficiency
• Support continuous improvement, safety, and manufacturing goals
