Business Office Manager (BOM) – Full-Time The Woods at Monticello – A Nightingale Community We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the financial and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility in Monticello, Arkansas. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing, admissions, and customer service processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily business office operations, including billing, collections, and resident trust accounts Oversee admissions paperwork, insurance verification, and financial documentation Ensure timely and accurate Medicaid/Medicare billing and reimbursement Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Support HR functions such as onboarding, personnel files, and payroll coordination Provide professional, responsive customer service to residents, families, and staff Collaborate with the Administrator and department leaders to support overall facility operations Qualifications: Experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility preferred Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing, insurance processes, and long-term care financial systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills and a resident-centered approach Experience with EMR or billing software a plus Why Join The Woods at Monticello: Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents and families Competitive compensation Stability and growth within a respected Nightingale Community #J-18808-Ljbffr
