PRN Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide PRN (as-needed) rehabilitation services in a beautiful facility specializing in subacute rehab and long-term skilled nursing care . Key responsibilities evaluating and treating geriatric patients with complex medical, cognitive, and functional needs developing individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility, daily living skills, and overall independence collaborating with interdisciplinary teams such as nurses, physicians, speech therapists, and physical therapists training patients in adaptive equipment, fall prevention, and providing education to patients and caregivers Qualifications and skills current NY license and registration as an OT current malpractice insurance dedication to compassionate, quality care excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills ability to work independently and within a team, remaining flexible and responsive This role requires a patient, cheerful disposition, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of care and teamwork. #J-18808-Ljbffr Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association
