Axos BankTarget Range:$150,000.00/Yr. - $180,000.00/Yr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 15%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 15%These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.About This JobThe Director of Marketing Data & Analytics leads Axos’ enterprise marketing data function, transforming raw internal and external data into trusted, sales ready signals that drive revenue efficiency. This role owns the upstream data supply powering lead creation, scoring, routing, activation, and measurement across all growth businesses. Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, MarTech, and Enterprise Data, this leader balances speed, quality, governance, and scale while ensuring Salesforce and downstream systems remain clean and reliable.Responsibilities:Own the end‑to‑end marketing data lifecycle, including ingestion, normalization, identity resolution, enrichment, scoring, and governed release into Salesforce and activation platformsBuild proprietary signal pipelines and reduce reliance on vendor‑provided lists over timeDefine and enforce marketing‑grade signal taxonomy, scoring logic, and MQL readiness standardsPartner with Sales and RevOps to improve MQL‑to‑SQL conversion, reduce lead decay, and accelerate time‑to‑first‑touchEstablish closed‑loop measurement from signal to pipeline and outcomesSet and uphold data quality, governance, consent, lineage, and auditability standardsLead a small, senior onshore team and leverage offshore resources for scale and executionDesign operating models that use automation and AI to scale impact without linear headcount growthQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, RevOps, data operations, or revenue enablementProven success building and operating data pipelines supporting Salesforce‑driven sales organizationsStrong experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Enterprise Data teams at scaleBackground in financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated environments preferredDeep understanding of lead lifecycle management, identity resolution, scoring, CRM governance, and marketing activationAxos Employee Benefits May Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings PlanEmployee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed TradingAbout AxosBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
