This is a highly visible role partnering closely with executive leadership and playing a key part in shaping financial strategy, controls, and long‑term performance. This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on finance leader who enjoys building structure, driving process improvement, and serving as a trusted advisor to the business. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, overseeing accounting operations, financial planning, and performance management Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and management reporting Provide financial insight on strategic initiatives including long‑range planning, investments, contracts, and business partnerships Drive continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking processes across the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Approximately 10 years of progressive accounting and FP&A experience Proven experience leading accounting operations and partnering with senior leadership Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and business analytics Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience strongly preferred) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders Hoxton Circle is an equal opportunity employer.
