We are seeking a detail orientated and dependable Recruiter to join our Human Resources team!

The Recruiter seeks interviews and evaluates job candidates for available positions. They advise Human Resources and hiring personnel regarding consideration and selection of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for all positions using databases social media and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Screen resumes and applications conduct interviews and onboard employees
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate required reports.
• Track employee compliance with health screenings and TB requirements.
• Coordinate college and community recruiting efforts.
• Keep job postings and openings updated.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Promote the company as a great place to work.

Education/Qualifications

• Prior experience or education in Human Resource Management Business or related area is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of general business practices and computer skills including various HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Specialized training in employment law benefits compensation organizational planning organizational development employee relations safety training and recruitment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must possess a valid WI drivers license and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass a WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks and/or that of previous states of residence.
