Locum - CRNA - Anesthesiology

**Coverage Requirements:**

- **Duration:** Full-time coverage required for July and August.

- **Credentialing Timeline:** Average credentialing duration is 30 days; emergency privileges available. Must have clean files only.

**Case Types:** - Scope of cases includes General Surgery, OB/GYN, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, and occasional Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures. Excludes cardiothoracic and neurological surgeries.

- **Majority of Cases:** Primarily Orthopedics and General Surgery.

**Facility Details:**

- **Operating Rooms:** 2 main ORs available.

- **Shift Schedule:** Weekday coverage, Monday through Friday.

- **Shift Timing:** 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

- **Minimum Monthly Shift Requirement:** 10-20 shifts.

- **Call Requirements:** Off-site beeper call is mandatory, with hourly callback stipulation for any recalls.

**Qualifications:** - Active Arizona medical license required.

- Clean malpractice history; no prior issues acceptable.

- Board certification is mandatory.

**Certification and License Requirements:**

- **Certifications:** ACLS and PALS must be current.

- **Licensing:** Must possess a valid Arizona medical license.
