Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry (Days + Call)

Contract | Day Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during day shift
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with care plans
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient census

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact license eligibility
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
• Ability and willingness to float to other units as needed
• Ability to participate in on-call scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an Observation unit setting
• ACLS certification
• Familiarity with rural or critical access hospital environments
