Bilingual Call Center Agent - Guest Services (Full-Time)

Disney Locations, LLC in Juneau, USA is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle a high volume of guest calls and provide excellent guest services directly to visitors.

The role requires fluency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua, and full-time availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays, with duties including operating call center systems and maintaining visitor privacy.
