Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)

Description: (Vaya OFFER) Must have a Rad Tech License in KY through ARRT before start, pending license ok at submission. Level 1 experience preferred; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required. PALS not needed at time of submission, but must obtain before the start date. EKG onboarding exam required. Shifts will be four 10 hour shifts per week, 0700-1730. Call requirements are as follows: 1 Late call per week (5:30p-7:30p), 1 Call shift per week (5:30p-7:00a), 1-2 Call weekends per 6 week schedule (Weekend is Friday, 5:30p - Monday, 7:00a). PREFERRED: Philips Single, Bi Plane Angiography. REQUIRED: Epic EHR, McKesson. Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted at this facility.

Travel Compliance RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved. 2 yrs experience required in specialty - unless specified otherwise in the job description or UD. Compact or KY State License (required at time of submission) Locals: Not accepted within the following radiuses: Cath Lab RN, IR RN, and Radiology: 75 miles All Other Specialties: 100 miles At least 1 Reference Required at time of submission Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital near by Return Staff Policy: Gone from all UK affiliated facilities for 6 months to return as traveler License Hits: University of Kentucky WILL NOT accept any licensure hits. If you are submitting a traveler with a license hit, the submission will be rejected. PLEASE READ: For this health system- we MUST know at time of submission if they have previously worked at this facility. This must be noted on the profile to check their eligibility for rehire. Rehire eligibility at UK is checked by HR every Friday and should this eligibility check come back as ineligible post-offer, your traveler may be cancelled.
