Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Manager, Assurance Services to join their dynamic team. For private and closely held companies, precise financial statements provide the accurate information needed to effectively manage successful business relationships. Position Responsibilities: Conducting multiple auditing projects and client engagements. Effectively communicating with partners, staff and clients regarding expectations, status of engagements and other matters. Initiating an active role in marketing our firm services resulting in new business. Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients. Traveling 15-20% of the time. Qualifications: Developed specialties in Real Estate, Manufacturing & Distribution, and/or Retail. 4-year bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Master’s degree preferred. Licensed CPA. 4-7 years of experience working for a public accounting firm. Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff accountants. Analytical skills in relation to financial statements and other financial information. Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers. Demonstrating initiative and willingness to lead, make decisions, and work independently.
