Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred. Ability to perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric populations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention strategies. Familiarity with electronic medical records used in post-acute care settings.
