Physician Assistant (Surgery) Opportunity in Miami, Florida We’re looking for a surgical PA who is willing to train. Benefits Paid holidays in the summer/end of the year Paid retirement plan Paid health insurance Paid CME and licensing fees Schedule is based on a 5-day workweek with rotating weekends among the other surgeons/PAs. We currently have 2 surgeons and 2 PAs and we are planning on recruiting a third surgeon next year. Responsibilities PAs round in the hospital, see patients in the office, and assist in surgical procedures in the hospital. We are a very PA‑friendly practice and have worked with the hospitals to increase the scope of practice that PAs are allowed to do (that they can’t do at other hospitals!). We train them in documentation, procedures, and focus on constantly increasing their medical and surgical expertise.
