Responsibilities Supervising labor management and planning of inbound and outbound activities Conducting staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities Ensuring development of systems for managing operations and products in a safe manner Managing operations to meet productivity and service goals Providing direction to Human Resources and assisting in hiring and training programs Requirements High school diploma or GED 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment 1 year experience in a supervisory role Able to operate material handling equipment (MHE) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program Hard Skills Logistics Management Supervisory Experience Material Handling Equipment Operation Forklift Operation Productivity Management Soft Skills Staff Management Communication Team Leadership Certifications & Qualifications Forklift Training Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
