Wireless Sales Representative – Phones, Internet & Accessories

Location: Detroit, MI & Garden City, MI

Pay: Starting at $12/hour - $15\hour + Commission

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing wireless and telecommunications business.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, promoting products and services, and helping drive sales growth. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys sales, and is motivated to help grow the business.

Responsibilities:

• Sell phone plans, internet services, phones, upgrades, and accessories.

• Assist customers with activations, number transfers, upgrades, and account inquiries.

• Deliver excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

• Stay informed about current promotions and offers.

• Help attract new customers and increase sales.

• Keep the store clean, organized, and professional.

• Assist with inventory management and product merchandising.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.

• Fluent English communication skills required.

• Strong sales and customer service abilities.

• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

• Wireless, telecom, mobile phone, or retail sales experience is an asset.

• Comfortable approaching customers and promoting products and services.

• Must be willing to work at either store location when needed.
