Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Train and coach manufacturing teams on CI tools and methodologies.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
