You’ll collaborate closely with educators, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster academic achievement, emotional growth, and behavioral success for all students.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychoeducational assessments for students referred for special education services
• Interpreting assessment data and preparing clear, detailed evaluation reports
• Participating in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Working directly with staff and families to craft tailored interventions and support strategies
• Consulting with school teams regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Assisting with crisis intervention and behavior management when necessary
• Maintaining comprehensive, accurate records while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district regulations

To thrive in this position, you should have:

• A Master’s, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• An active School Psychologist certification or license
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• The ability to work effectively with diverse students and across interdisciplinary teams
