Research Scientist

Leading a high-quality research program, the full-time Research Scientist will manage complex projects as Principal Investigator, co-develop grant submissions, and disseminate findings while working independently within an innovative healthcare environment. Key responsibilities Lead or co-lead research projects with clinicians and scientists, ensuring timely delivery of results and quality of research deliverables Design and develop grant submissions to secure funding for academic research initiatives Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the development of the AARI academic research agenda Required qualifications Doctorate Degree in Health Science or related field Typically requires 4 years of experience in public health, health sciences, or related research areas Evidence of funding as Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator from federal or other organizations 3+ years of post-graduate experience in an established area of research Expert knowledge in qualitative/quantitative research methods and strong publication record
