Dental Assistant (DA) Part-Time

Bartlett Dental Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentist and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Schedule:

• Monday 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
• Tuesday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM
• Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (1 per month)

Compensation:

• $20-$25 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)

Requirements:

• Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
