About the Role:

Join Hoffman Smiles as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and be a vital part of our dedicated team in Hoffman Estates, IL. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled professional to help us provide exceptional dental care and create a welcoming environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe environment.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment and post-treatment care.
• Manage patient records and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients to address their concerns and questions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
• Open to learn from lead assitant and get cross trained.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental assisting role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team Player.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in dental software and radiography.
• Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
