JOB OVERVIEW

Blacksmith Automotive Management is now hiring an Automotive Reconditioning Technician . We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and be responsible for all phase of automobile reconditioning.

What You’ll Do:

• Candidate should possess skills in any of the following repairs – paint-less dent removal, wheel repair, bumper repair, wet sanding and buffing, glass repair, interior repair and chip repair.
• Safely operate various power and hand tools as well as painting equipment.
• Maintain complete and accurate work records.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Ability to sit, kneel crouch and bend frequently.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Prior experience a plus but will train the right individual.
• Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Compensation

• $45,000 to $130,000 per year depending on experience
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule
• Work Holidays and Weekends when required
