Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Certified Automotive Technician to join our team at our Alfa Romeo & Maserati dealership in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic and repair abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.
Alfa Romeo and/or Maserati certification is required for consideration.
Compensation & SchedulePay: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications with UP TO $15K Sign-on Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Full-time position
Competitive compensation based on experience and certification level
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles
Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
Perform manufacturer-recommended services and repairs according to factory specifications
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and technical information
Document all work performed accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with the Service Department regarding vehicle concerns and repair needs
Stay current with manufacturer technology, technical updates, and repair procedures
Current Alfa Romeo and/or Maserati certification is required
Previous professional automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to accurately and efficiently complete repairs
Knowledge of modern automotive electrical and computer systems
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a professional service team
