Enhance the digital customer experience associated with major device/promo launches and daily content updates in order to drive effectiveness of promotions as well as reduce friction. Support daily content release (will require early AM and weekend coverage) Triage, prioritize and validate content-driven production issues Address critical and high impacting issues after release to ensure minimal customer impact Initialize process improvements and improve communications to reduce production burden #J-18808-Ljbffr
