Customer Service representative

• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Enter and process customer orders.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Provide customers with information and advice regarding our various products.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as required.
• Enter customer orders into the computer system, which may be received by phone, fax, email, or other channels, and ensure that the customer's order can be fulfilled.
• Ensure that orders are entered according to customer instructions, while following data-entry procedures, department processes, and required turnaround times.
• Evaluate each order to provide the best available product to meet the customer's needs.
• Validate the transfer of orders to the different production sites.
• Communicate with customers to inform them of any changes to their order or additional delays, obtain missing information, or follow up on pending frames/orders.
• Inform the Customer Experience team as soon as a product becomes available, and suggest a substitute or equivalent product in case of stock shortages.
• Provide technical information about products and answer questions regarding the use of the electronic ordering system.
• Receive and process customer credit requests according to established procedures.
• Work as part of a team with Technical Support and the Customer Experience department's phone support team.
