We are looking for a friendly, experienced, and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our dental office on a part-time independent contractor basis.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and is committed to providing high-quality dental care in a comfortable, positive, and family-friendly environment.

Schedule

• Approximately 4 days per month
• Specific days to be discussed and agreed upon based on office and provider availability
• Consistent monthly schedule preferred

Compensation

• 50% of production
• Position is structured as an independent contractor (1099)
• No employee benefits are provided

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients
• Perform examinations, cleanings, restorative procedures, and other appropriate pediatric dental treatments
• Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Communicate treatment recommendations clearly with parents and guardians
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide a positive and compassionate experience for pediatric patients
• Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of [State]
• Pediatric Dentistry specialty training preferred
• Experience treating pediatric patients
• Current malpractice coverage or ability to obtain appropriate coverage
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with children of varying ages and needs
