Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in the birthing center, including Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum Care, and Newborn Care.
• Work weekends as required and adjust schedules to meet patient care needs.
• Cover two out of four major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.
• Float to med surg and ED units as necessary to support facility staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate and thorough work history documentation including bed count, EMR usage, and facility type.
• Provide care using Epic systems, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Active Vermont RN license required at submission.
• AHA BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LDRP care required.
• Experience in Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum, and Newborn Care essential.
• Prior travel nurse experience preferred but not required.
• Epic system experience within the past two years is mandatory.
