General office clerk

We are looking for a General Office Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Galloway, TN. Managing the front desk, working with the plant managers and maintaining accuracy across data entry and daily documentation. If you bring organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the energy to thrive in a fast-moving production environment, we want to hear from you!

salary: $15 - $15.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Site Access: Warmly greet visitors, handle incoming calls, answer the door, and manage front desk access to maintain a secure, welcoming environment.
• Data Management & Entry: Log daily production numbers, update inventory records, and enter operational data accurately into internal systems.
• Administrative Support: Keep the office organized by managing physical and digital files, sorting and distributing mail, and handling general paperwork.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work directly with plant managers and team leads to relay messages, schedule needs, and assist with special daily projects.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience (manufacturing or warehouse environment experience is a huge plus!).
• Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
• Top-notch organization and multi-tasking abilities-you can handle a phone call, log data, and greet a guest without missing a beat.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a reliable, upbeat attitude.
