Registered Behavior Technician Location: Omaha, Nebraska (68130 and 68136) Available Schedules: Center Based. Full‑Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Home Based. Part‑Time, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM Hybrid (Center & Home). Part‑Time, Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Work Setting: In‑person. As an RBT at Accel Therapies, you’ll: Get in there and play —you’ll deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Track progress like a pro —you’ll collect data on every goal, every day. Who Are we looking for? You are at least 18 years old (required) You have a high school diploma or GED (required) You’re available Monday through Friday for one of the following schedules: Center Based. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Home Based. 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM Hybrid Services. 12:00 - 6:00 PM An active, unexpired Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or you're willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire.* You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and complete Nebraska Medicaid enrollment through Maximus before providing billable services.* You have your own reliable transportation You’re reliable, communicative, and eager to learn You enjoy working with kids and may have experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy (a plus!)
