Job Overview WEKA is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to target enterprise-level companies that require high‑performance data storage and analytics solutions. The role is quota‑carrying and involves building new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones. Responsibilities Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA products and their value to customers. Develop and execute a strategic plan to create sales pipeline, acquire new logos, and nurture ongoing relationships. Accelerate customer adoption through education, engagement, and ongoing support. Collaborate with strategic and VAR partners to identify and manage joint selling opportunities. Work cross‑functionally with product, support, and sales engineering to improve the sales cycle. Interface with senior management at multiple levels within WEKA. Desired Qualifications 5+ years of IT sales experience in enterprise environments. Passion for startup culture and a desire to directly impact company growth. Technical acumen related to storage and networking technologies. Proven track record of effective selling and quota fulfillment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Benefits & Compensation OTE hiring range: $300,000–$320,000, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
