Finance Manager

The primary role is to direct and control the daily accounting and finance operations of the company to insure profitability.

• Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks
• Generate payments from QuickBooks.
• Maintain AP and AR aging reports.
• Generate client invoicing in ensure timely submittal.
• Post client payments from checks, online deposits, and credit card payments.
• Manage invoicing to insure timely payment.
• Monitor and track daily production and revenue.
• Utilize email to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Generate and communicate monthly financial statements.
• Collect and lead annual processes for tax, insurance, general liability, and accounting audits.
• Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
• Identify money saving opportunities with company vendors.
• Maintain vendor relationships across all operations.
• Maintain building maintenance projects and quality.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial controls on purchasing products and spending.
• Conduct bi-weekly payroll and PTO accruals.
• Lead annual process for employee benefits renewals to include Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD and Life

Advanced skill in MS Office applications

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to utilize online resources.

Advanced ability to research/find information for business use.
