We are seeking a warm, high-energy, and professional Medical Assistant / Scribe to join our close-knit team. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Engagement: Greet every patient with a warm smile, build quick rapport, and help relieve anxiety prior to consultations or cosmetic procedures.
• Real-Time Clinical Scribing: Accompany physicians into exam rooms and rapidly type progress notes using our EMR system (eClinicalWorks).
• Patient Workups: Room patients, record vital signs, document detailed medical histories, and verify current medications and allergies.
• Procedural & Clinic Support: Set up treatment rooms, assist physicians during minor in-office procedures, and sterilize surgical instruments using autoclaves.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain an upbeat, courteous, and highly professional demeanor with patients and team members throughout the day.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Warm Personality: Exceptionally friendly demeanor, empathetic patient care, and stellar customer-service orientation.
• Fast & Accurate Typing: Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM required to keep pace with physician consultations.
• Computer Literacy: Comfort and efficiency spending the workday navigating digital health records and EMR systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish): Strongly preferred.
• Preferred Experience/Education:
• • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (or CMA/RMA certification) preferred.
  • 2+ years of clinical Medical Assistant or Scribing experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
