Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule AM shifts: 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift (40 hours/week). Monday to Friday. Location Atlanta, GA Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality home health care. The successful candidate will cover a designated area that includes Atlanta, Midtown, and Buckhead, as well as potentially assisting in neighboring territories within a 60-mile radius. Responsibilities include routine visits and maintaining a high standard of patient care. Responsibilities Conduct routine visits to patients in their homes. Provide nursing care and support according to established protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and assist in the development of patient care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current LVN license. Recent home health experience is required. Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is preferred; candidates without this experience may be considered at a reduced rate for training.
