LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Production Logistics Coordinators for an opportunity in Charleston, South Carolina.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Production Logistics Coordinator, you'll be a critical part of our production support team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and supporting team success. You will play an essential role in ensuring parts and materials are where they need to be-keeping our production lines moving and our standards high. Performs basic sealing activities according with the assemblies in station, those variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production sealing operations.

• Ensure timely movement of materials between storage, production, and staging areas to support efficient workflow.

• Maintain accurate inventory tracking through system updates and real-time monitoring of work-in-process.

• Collaborate closely with team members and escalate material discrepancies to help minimize disruptions.

• Follow standard work procedures and safety protocols while working with attention to detail and pride in your work.

Qualifications and requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in inventory, material handling, or logistics support.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to support others to meet shared goals.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
