Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Mammography Technologist (ARRT preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with mammography equipment and digital imaging
• Proficient knowledge of imaging safety protocols and patient positioning techniques
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing compassionate patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality mammographic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
• Prepare patients for procedures, thoroughly explaining the process and addressing any concerns
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure complete and accurate diagnostic information
• Adhere to infection prevention and control guidelines at all times
