Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification in Mammography (ARRT (M) or equivalent)
• Valid Radiologic Technologist license
• Proven experience as a Mammo Tech within a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of mammography equipment and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mammography imaging equipment to obtain diagnostic images
• Prepare patients for procedures, providing instruction and reassurance throughout
• Assess image quality and collaborate with radiologists as needed for further imaging
• Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines, infection control procedures, and confidentiality
• Document patient information, procedures, and images accurately in electronic records
• Ensure the examination room and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for each patient
• Participate in quality assurance and continuing education activities to stay current in the field

$2,967 - $3,128/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
