Shift: 1 st Monday - Friday 10-hour shifts 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

$15 hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Processing Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the production line , ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and supporting overall production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Production Operation:

- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process, including grinding, mixing, stuffing, and cooking.

- Set up and adjust equipment to meet production specifications and ensure quality output.
• Quality Control:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure we meet industry standards and company specifications.

- Document inspections and report any discrepancies or defects to the production supervisor.
• Safety Compliance:

- Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of work areas and equipment to promote a safe working environment.
• Inventory Management:

- Assist in inventory checks and help maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products.

- Report any shortages or equipment issues to management in a timely manner.
• Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar role is a plus.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for prolonged periods.
